Identity of surrogate revealed by Giuliana and Bill

The surrogate, whose name is Delphine, gave birth to Guiliana and Bill Rancic's son Edward Duke on August 29. The TV couple revealed the identity of the woman who helped them become parents for the first time in a promo for their reality show which will air Oct 2nd on The Style Network.
