Superstorm Sandy Wrecks Massive Havoc
The death toll continues to rise after Superstorm Sandy swept through the eastern seaboard, breaking hearts, homes, and all sorts of records for damage. 29 people have been confirmed dead in U.S., one in Canada.
The storm has crippled downtown New York's transport network and power grid after forcing a massive surge of seawater into the streets of lower Manhattan.
All three major New York area airports are closed - thousands of flights have been cancelled - roads and bridges are out.

Despite all the water - fire has destroyed more than 80 homes in Queens. New Jersey levee breaks, streets flooded.
President Barack Obama has declared a "major disaster" in the states of New York and New Jersey.
This clears the way for federal grants and loans to help storm victims acquire temporary housing and repair damage.
Utility workers from Texas and California have been called in to help get the power back on line because millions of people are without it.
Subway trains and buses remain suspended for a third day today, the stock exchange is closed for the second-straight day, and hundreds of thousands of homes face up to a week without electricity.
A spectacular explosion at a Manhattan electricity sub-station at the peak of the storm cut power to 193,000 homes. So far, 7.9M people are currently experiencing power cut.
Some subway stations have water above platform level and it's expected to be several days before trains are fully operational again.
Metropolitan Transportation Authority president Joseph Lhota says the New York subway has never faced a disaster as devastating as what we experienced last night.
And the US Coast Guard is searching the Atlantic Ocean for the captain of the HMS Bounty, which sank during 'hurricane' Sandy.
Coast Guard Captain Joe Kelly says there's a chance 63-year-old Robin Walbridge could still be alive in the Gulf Stream waters, with ocean temperatures in the search zone around 26 degrees Celsius.
Walbridge went overboard when the replica 18th century sailing boat rolled in almost six metre waves on Monday.
Meanwhile US President Barack Obama has won glowing praise for his handling of superstorm Sandy, from a key Mitt Romney supporter.
Obama has placed campaigning on hold for a week in order to manage America's response to Sandy, which has swamped the US East Coast.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, a blunt critic of the president and a key Romney ally, says the president's been great, has been all over this, and deserves great credit.
Christie says it's been very good working with the president, and his administration has been coordinating with us great - it's been wonderful.
