Usher 'demands ex-wife Tameka Raymond leave his home as he puts $3million Georgia mansion on the market'

The last obviously hasn't been heard between usher and his ex-wife Tameka.
He was awarded custody of their two children in August; and now Usher has dealt his ex-wife yet another blow. The singer has asked his ex-wife to move out of his Georgia home. 

star's lawyer has sent a letter informing the 31-year-old that the 12,000-square-foot mansion in which she has been residing is going on the market.
While Usher, 33, has allowed Tameka to live in the home for the last few years, their 2009 divorce agreement states that he has the right to sell the house at any time with 60 days' notice, according to the website.
TMZ reports while the former couple met when she was a celebrity stylist (whose clients included Lauryn Hill and Mary J Blige), Tameka apparently has no income of her own now and has been financially dependent on Usher since the split.
Usher purchased the home in 2007 for $3million and it is unclear how much he wants for it before letting it go.
