Pregnant Kate Gives a Big Smile as She Leaves the Hospital after Three-night Stay

The Duchess of Cambridge holds a posy of yellow roses as she is discharged from the King Edward VII Hospital in central London today following three nights under observation suffering from acute morning sickness.

 She headed to Kensington Palace where St James's Palace said she would spend a period of rest.
