“Church leaders who buy private jets must go to prison, then burn in hell” – Pastor Tunde Bakare

At the second annual lecture of the Save Nigeria Group in Lagos, on Monday, Pastor Tunde Bakare took a swipe at church leaders taking advantage of their congregations, and buying private jets.

He said they all deserved to be imprisoned and then thrown into the hottest part of hell.

He said Nigeria will never experience change except it starts from the church.

“Ask them where they are getting the money they are spending lavishly,” he challenged the gathering.

The President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, recently acquired a private jet, saying it was donated to him by church members in commemoration of his 4oth year on the pulpit.

  2. The missionaries came to this part of the world built hundreds of schools otherwise known as missionary schools of which lots of us and our parents were beneficiaries. Thay also gave free health services for the poor masses, by building health centres. Which one has all these pastors done??? I am totally against this opulence! Henry.
