Meet the odd 44-year-old Vladimir Fomin, from Kineshma, a town in Russia’s Ivanovo Region.
He's refused to wear male clothings rather, he prefers walking around in women’s clothing.
He is neither gay nor a transvestite.
His reason for his choice of clothing is simply to stand up for the rights of men to wear whatever kind of clothes they like. He feels women are allowed to wear trousers, so why can’t men wear dresses or skirts??
